I forgot my user information. What should I do?

If you forgot your account information and have previously made a purchase via the website, you can follow the steps below to recover your account:

Forgot Password

By using the "Forgot Password" option on the sign-in screen, a password reset link can be sent to your email address. After updating your password, you can regain access to your account.

If you experience any issues during the password reset, please send the last 4 digits of the card you used during the transaction along with the details of the issue to our Support team.

However, if a subscription was purchased through in-app purchase and an account is tied to that subscription, recovering the account directly may unfortunately be more complicated.

You should contact our Support Center along with the receipt for your existing subscription.
