Cancellations of subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play Store must be carried out through the relevant app store. Deleting your GAİN account does not automatically end subscriptions started through an app store.
When you cancel your subscription, your Premium access does not end immediately. You can continue watching Premium content throughout the subscription period covered by your last payment. When your current subscription period ends, your subscription ends automatically and you are not charged for the next period.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the GAİN app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the Delete Account option.
- For security verification, enter the password you set when creating your membership.
- Select why you want to delete your account.
- Tap the Delete Account button to complete the process.
After Account Deletion
- You will no longer be able to access your account.
- Once the deletion is complete, your profile and account information are taken out of active use.
- Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation and data retention obligations; data that does not need to be kept is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
- Account deletion cannot be undone. For this reason, we recommend making sure you want to delete your account before proceeding.
