GAİN offers two payment methods: credit card and in-app purchase. The cancellation process differs depending on your payment type. If you purchased your subscription with a credit card via the website, you can only cancel it on the gain.tv website. From the My Account section, click the "Cancel Subscription" button. After choosing "Continue", the screen that opens is not the home page — it is the subscription cancellation screen, and the cancellation does not happen there directly. Scroll down on the cancellation page to reach the "Continue Cancellation" button; this step finalizes the cancellation. If you experience any issues, please contact us.
If you purchased through Google Play or the App Store, you must cancel your subscription via Google Play or the App Store.
